Pre-Licensing Class September 8, 2021
State Approved Pre-Licensing class certificate is required for anyone applying for a Colorado used motor vehicle dealer license, used powersports dealer license and wholesale motor vehicle dealer license.
This course covers compliance with the laws and regulations governing motor vehicle sales including Salesperson Licensing, Advertising, Repossessions, Contracts, Financing Disclosure Requirements, Odometer Disclosure, Title Delivery, Damage Disclosure, Branded Vehicles, Emissions, Credit application, the Basic Car Deal plus more.
Class held at the CIADA office located at 950 Wadsworth Boulevard Suite 101 in Lakewood, Colorado, 80214 (three story office building on the southeast corner of 10th and Wadsworth).
